Home made hand guards:
I was too cheap to spend 80.00 for Acerbis. 3.00 bucks worth of aluminum stock and some plumbing fixtures from the local hardware store and it's done. Truth be told, these were difficult to make. You're looking at the 3rd attempt. They're VERY strong and help reduce some of the KLR's vibrations.

Look closely, the blue & white roundels say "KLR?" not BMW. It really irritates the fanatical propellerheads.
